I love Seattle summers! Here are a few of our back yard in full swing. I planted vegetable seeds a little while back, and they are growing like mad! We already have a lot of green beans, but the cucumbers are still itty bitty. The tomato plants don't have fruit yet, but we've been enjoying all the herbs for a while now. This strawberry plant is teaching Jack all about patience. It's so hard to wait for them to get ripe, they're so sweet and delicious!
beefsteak tomatoes
bell peppers
front row is all basil, then pea plants all the way back.
cilantro on the left (going crazy!), rosemary in the middle, oregano on right, and a lone cucumber plant in the back right. I made this little area myself when I thinned out the seedlings and realized I needed more room.
beautiful roses that were here when we moved in. coral is my favorite color, there is at least one of these roses on our table at all times.
